TMG (Trimethylglycine)

100 Vegetarian Capsules
By NutriCology

Trimethylglycine (TMG) is the supreme methylating agent and assists homocysteine to be metabolized into methionine, resulting in the production of DMG (dimethylglycine). Further metabolism of TMG produces the enzyme methyltetrahydrofolate reductase (the active form of folic acid). Studies have shown cerebrospinal fluid levels of S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) to be low in people deficient in methyltetrahydrofolate reductase enzyme. TMG has been shown to support normal levels of SAMe in the cerebrospinal fluid.

Suggested use of Trimethylglycine (TMG):
As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule one to three times daily before meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
